Become a consultant

Mannelli & Company is looking for graduates and graduands (final-year university students) who are characterised by excellent functional competences, good relational skills and a strong disposition for problem solving.

Initially, the selected candidates will have the opportunity to try their strengths with services and consultancies which require a variety of functional competences in order to carry out the services and deal with a variety of differently oriented customers.

Subsequently, on the grounds of their personal preferences and the needs of the final customer, the consultants will have the chance of specialising in a particular field (revenue law, corporate finance, etc.) and/or in a specific sector (banking, textiles, etc.)

Graduates and Graduands in Economics or in Management Engineering.

The candidates must possess:

• an excellent academic curriculum
• managerial skills and functional competences
• the ability to work individually or in a group
• problem solving abilities
• strong analytical and communication skills
• knowledge of English
• strong motivation

Graduands
We offer young graduands the opportunity to enter our offices as interns. This means:

• a place in a team of Mannelli & Company consultants who carry out service and consultation activities for retail and corporate clients.
• a training experience with the objective of becoming part of Mannelli & Company after graduation.

Graduates
We offer young graduates the chance to enter our offices as junior consultants. This means:

• a place in a team of Mannelli & Company consultants who carry out service and consultation activities for retail and corporate clients
• they embark on a swift career path, determined exclusively by individual merit and workplace commitment.
